Terms of service
Before you use our platform services, you must carefully read and fully understand the contents of the terms, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, application of law and dispute resolution. Terms of exemption or limitation of liability will be marked in bold, and you should read them carefully. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use the platform services of iChainfo. Your use will be deemed as recognition of all the contents of this agreement.
Effect of terms
After you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement and complete all the registration procedures, or actually use the iChainfo platform services in other ways permitted by iChainfo, you will be bound by this agreement.
When you use a specific service of iChainfo, the service may have separate terms and relevant business rules. All rules issued by iChainfo or may be issued in the future are an integral part of these terms of service and have the same legal effect as these terms of service. Unless otherwise expressly stated, any services provided by iChainfo and its affiliates are bound by this agreement.
iChainfo has the right to formulate and modify these terms of service and / or various rules from time to time according to the needs of the update of national laws and regulations and the adjustment of product and service rules, and publicize them in the form of website and / or mobile application software publicity / widget pop-up. If the publicized terms are modified, the modified terms of service will take effect as of the effective date agreed on the first page of the agreement. If you continue to use the iChainfo platform service, it means that you accept the revised rules. In case of any dispute, the latest relevant rules of iChainfo shall prevail.
Introduction to iChainfo service
The specific service content of hainfo is provided by iChainfo, including but not limited to information search, data analysis, data query, news policy information, etc. In order to improve user experience or business needs, the items and contents of the services of the iChainfo platform may be adjusted from time to time.
You shall prepare the following equipment by yourself and bear the following expenses:
Internet equipment: including but not limited to computers, modems or other necessary Internet devices;
Online expenses: including but not limited to network access fees, mobile phone traffic fees and other expenses.
User management
You confirm that before you start the registration procedure or use the iChainfo service, you should have the civil capacity suitable for your behavior as stipulated by the laws of HongKong. If you do not have the aforementioned capacity for civil conduct compatible with your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law. If you sign this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity, you shall be authorized to abide by this Agreement (and bind that legal entity).
When using the iChainfo platform service, you should provide real, accurate, complete, legal and effective personal information and mobile phone number according to the prompts on the iChainfo platform page, and have the right to refuse to provide services to you or refuse to use our application when it is determined that the information you provide is verified to be untrue.
You should properly keep the account and password obtained when applying to register the iChainfo platform, and should not disclose or provide it to any third party, otherwise, you should bear the losses and risks caused to you. If you can't provide effective evidence to the contrary, all the use and operation behaviors under your account are deemed to be your personal behavior. Except for the fault of iChainfo, you should be responsible for all the behavior results under your account. If you find that other people improperly use your account or have any other situation that may endanger the security of your account, you should immediately notify iChainfo in writing and in an effective way, and ask iChainfo to suspend relevant services. Here, you understand that it takes reasonable time for iChainfo to take action on your request, and iChainfo will not assume any responsibility for the consequences (including but not limited to any loss of you) that have occurred before taking action.
You understand and know that when using the iChainfo service, the content and information you are exposed to come from a wide range of sources, and iChainfo cannot be responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, integrity and legitimacy of the content and information. You understand and agree that you may come into contact with incorrect, unpleasant, inappropriate or disgusting content and information, and you will not hold iChainfo accountable. iChainfo does not endorse, recommend or express views on any content and information uploaded, published or transmitted by users in iChainfo, nor does it assume any responsibility for the errors, flaws and losses or damages of any content and information. You should bear the relevant risks for any use of the content and information. iChainfo shall bear corresponding responsibilities when the law clearly stipulates.
Protection and authorization of user information
iChainfo attaches great importance to the protection of users' personal information. When you use the services provided by iChainfo, you agree that iChainfo collects, stores, uses, discloses, processes and protects your personal information in accordance with the iChainfo privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "privacy policy") published on the platform. iChainfo hopes to clearly introduce the processing of your personal information to you through the privacy policy. You agree to carefully and completely read, fully understand and accept the privacy policy, and agree that the privacy policy is an important part of this agreement.
Ownership and intellectual property
Once you accept this agreement, it means that you take the initiative to use the property rights and other transferable rights of any form of information content (including but not limited to evaluation, consultation, various topic articles, graphics, pictures, charts, colors, layout design, electronic documents, audio, music, video, audio, links and other information or other materials) published on the iChainfo platform at any time(including but not limited to: copyright, distribution right, rental right, exhibition right, performance right, screening right, broadcasting right, information network communication right, shooting right, adaptation right, translation right, compilation right and other transferable rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner), all of which are exclusively and irrevocably transferred to iChainfo. You agree that iChainfo has the right to file a separate lawsuit for any subject infringement.
Without the written authorization or consent of iChainfo or relevant rights holders, no media, website or individual shall directly or indirectly publish, reprint or use the above content in other ways. Those authorized or agreed shall be used within the scope of authorization or consent, and the source of data or services shall be indicated as iChainfo.
iChainfo owns all rights (including enterprise name, goodwill and trademark) contained in its name. All intellectual achievements contained in the iChainfo platform, including but not limited to databases, website design structures, words, charts, application software, photos, videos, music, sounds and their combinations, software compilation, relevant source codes and software (including applets and scripts), all intellectual property rights of the above intellectual achievements belong to iChainfo. Users can only use these contents under the authorization of iChainfo, and can not use, copy, adapt, interpret, derive and create these contents or create derivative products related to the contents without authorization.
Disclaimers
iChainfo does not guarantee the content provided. If a third-party link is involved, the user shall bear the risk and the website shall not assume any responsibility.
Application of law
The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplement, termination, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong , refer to business practices and / or industry practices.
Controversies
Disputes arising from your use of the iChainfo platform service and related to the platform service shall be settled by iChainfo through negotiation with you.
